1. Information We Collect
We keep the information we collect to what we need to run our laundry business and this website. We do not require you to create an account or password to use our Service.
Information you give us directly
- Your name, phone number, email address, and (for pickup & delivery) your service address, when you call, text, email, or contact us through our website or in-store.
- Any information you choose to include when scheduling a pickup or submitting a request through our online booking system, which is operated by our third-party provider, CleanCloud (see Section 4).
Information collected automatically

- We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other financial account details through our website. Any payment you make in-store or through our booking system is handled directly by us or by our payment processor, not stored on our website.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, using the aggregated and analytics data described in Section 3.
- To maintain the security of our website and prevent misuse.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies through the following tools:
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics. Helps us understand aggregate website traffic and usage, such as which pages are visited and how visitors found our site. Learn more or opt out at Google's Privacy & Terms or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Helps us measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and show our ads to people who may be interested in our services. You can manage the ads you see from us at Facebook Ad Preferences, and learn about Meta's data practices at Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps. Our website uses Google Maps to show our location and provide directions. Google may collect information from your device when you interact with a map, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of our website may not function as intended.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with a small number of trusted third parties to run our business and website. We share only the information those providers need to perform their services for us:
- CleanCloud — our online booking and order-management platform, used to schedule pickup & delivery orders and process related payments. Information you submit when booking online is collected directly by CleanCloud and handled according to its own privacy policy.
- Google (Tag Manager/Analytics, Maps) and Meta (Facebook Pixel, Facebook page) — described in Section 3.
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers who store and serve our website, under obligations to keep information confidential and secure.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy at least as protective.
5. Data Retention
We keep the information described above only as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, respond to you, and meet our legal, accounting, and business record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Text & Email Communications
We only send text messages and marketing emails to people who have given us their phone number or email address and opted in to receive them. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send, or contact us using the information in Section 11. To stop receiving marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us directly. You will still receive messages necessary to fulfill an active order (for example, a pickup or ready-for-pickup notification) even if you opt out of marketing messages.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to help protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without a parent's or guardian's consent, please contact us using the information in Section 11 and we will take steps to remove that information.
9. Your Rights & Choices
You can contact us at any time to (1) ask what personal information we have about you, (2) correct inaccurate information, or (3) request that we delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to our need to retain certain records for legal, accounting, or order-history purposes. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
California Residents (CCPA/CalOPPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, use, and share (described in Sections 1–4 above); to request access to or deletion of that information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the information in Section 11.
